I can only say good things about Emalee Morris. We were lucky to have her answer the call. We travelled to Colorado to look for a retirement home. She has a good intuition for knowing how to get things done, how to arrange all documents and communications and how to forge a timeline for success. We worked out an offer and everything was arranged by Wednesday morning.We completed the deal at closing from out of state and it went well. Any bump in the road along the way was dealt with in a timely, professional, and caring manner. There were many texts, Emails, and phone calls with Emalee and all of the other parties to the deal. She walked us through an important financial transaction from the initial viewing all the way to sending us the keys to our new home.
